Another Obamanation

(CNN) — “For the past eight years, the White House recognized the National Day of Prayer with a service in the East Room, but this year, President Obama decided against holding a public ceremony”. Whats next banning prayer all together? This country was founded on the belief in God and I think he has made another bad decision in not holding the service. This country needs all the prayers it can get right now especially with Mr. Obama in the White House.

Trade Days Of Waxahachie Texas (April 2009)

Squawdals
Western Wood Crafts goes to Trade Days of Waxahachie Texas every month. This month of April trade days was the 11th and 12th, this was a very important weekend because it was also Easter. Jesus Christ suffered and felt the pain of all our sins, dying on the cross so we may live. This is such a heartbreaking, and uplifting, joyful day. How painful to feel the pain of all of our sins at once, so many sins, from so many. Yet Jesus endured this pain so we may live. Jesus died on that cross and was placed in a tomb and on the third day he rose up and showed us the power of God and that we may also live on. The rising of Jesus gives hope to so many of us. Thank you Jesus and Praise the Lord. How many of you know someone that would die so you can live? I guess that is why we call them Heroes, Jesus is my Hero. So here at Trade days we had the most powerful and wonderful Easter service I have attended in many years. Our Easter service was held in the morning before the show opened, it was open to vendors and the public. The service was small with a live band but the spirit of God was strong and present. I so love that feeling of God. After services breakfast was available for vendors and the general public. Also for additional enhancement of this special day there was a Easter egg hunt for all the children. We also had the Easter Bunny and face painting free of charge to all. Gotta Love that Easter Bunny. I hope all had a wonderful week-end and may we all live each day to its fullest. Thank you to all the vendors and everyone that took the time to come and see the talents of each of these wonderful people.
Thank you:
Gail
